For the first time ever, QuestFest will present a free festival on Saturday, March 31 at Gallaudet University. Enjoy a fun-filled day for the whole family. FreeFest features free performances from remarkable visual theatre artists from the United States and Catalonia (Spain). Enjoy street performances by Mr. Slo-Mo and Drew the Dramatic Fool. Try your hand at stilt walking with Baltimore-based artists from Nana Projects. Join Gallaudet art students in creating a chalk mural or a free-standing paper sculpture. Enjoy food from several of DC’s favorite food trucks. Shop for art and crafts. Get your face painted or join Quest’s Wings Company in their “Fun with Fabric” workshop. The shows and parking are free. Gallaudet also offers free shuttle service to and from Union Station.
