Mehr Aeen association of disabled theater was founded and began its works in 2005 to organize disabled theatrical groups and to support them. Its other duty is to hold technical and special pedagogical courses for disabled people. It also publishes the dramas written by disabled authors. This association is also aimed to raise the consciousness of the people in the society and to change their negative P.O.V towards disabled people by cultural and theatrical activities.

Mehr Aeen performance group which is consisted of deaf, non-deaf and hard hearing members is a sub-category of this organization which has performed inside of Iran in addition to some other countries including :

• Performing in the theater center of the deaf in Evasis, Armenia , 2007
• the second International festival of song, theater and arts, Leczna, Poland, 2008
• Attending “common voice” the eighth International cultural festival, Debrecen, Hungary,  July, 2009.
•  QuestFest, US, 2010
